Location: Thindigua, Kiambu Road
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferred age: 20–25 years.
- Eager to learn and easy to train.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
- Must reside along Kiambu Road, Thindigua, Quickmart Kiambu Road, Thika, or Juja.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective buyers and visitors.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site tours.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate visitor and lead records.
- Ensure sales materials are readily available and the sales office remains presentable.
