LPG Sales & Operations Manager
- The LPG Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating both sales and operational activities within the gas distribution business.
- The role includes driving revenue growth by identifying new markets, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
- The manager oversees daily logistics operations, including route planning, delivery scheduling, and supervision of drivers, conductors, and loaders to ensure timely and efficient service. Additionally, the role involves monitoring stock movement and accuracy across vehicles and stockholding points, minimizing losses, and ensuring proper handling of LPG products.
- The manager is also responsible for preparing daily and weekly performance reports, tracking cash collections, enforcing discipline among staff, and continuously improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
