We are a professional firm offering Business Advisory, Audit, Tax, consulting and financial advisory services to public and private clients in Africa, spanning multiple industries. Additionally, we are accredited by the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA).

We are looking for motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join our graduate trainee programme.

Audit Trainee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2026).

• Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification.

Internal Audit Trainee

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other relevant fields. (Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and awaiting graduation in 2026).

• Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification.

Tax Trainee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2026).

• Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification.

• Have a particular interest in tax specialization.

Accounts Trainee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2026).

• Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification.

• Have an interest in accounting specialization.

Corporate Finance Trainee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2026).

• Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification.

Marketing Trainee

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields. (Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and are awaiting graduation in 2026).

• A professional certificate in Marketing (CIM) is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva).

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

  Skills Required Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to:

• Communicate effectively.

• Collaborate to achieve common goals.

• Think creatively and solve problems.

• Be self-motivated and take initiative. • Show eagerness to learn and grow.

• Commute daily to and from Nairobi and its environs for the 12-month program.
