Job Description/Requirements

A leading provider of machinery spare parts, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive our sales and marketing initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities in the machinery spare parts market.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience, specifically in the machinery spare parts industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of the local market and key industry players.
