Job Description
BM Security Ltd is a leading Security Services Company providing integrated security solutions across the Country. We are urgently recruiting security officers who are Kenyan citizens of high integrity, highly motivated, results-oriented, and willing to join our Guarding section for deployment after undergoing Basic Security Training.
Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Form 4 leavers (Those with higher qualifications will also be considered)
• Height of 5 feet 8 inches for Men
• KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of D Plain
• Aged between 23 and 40 years for Men
• In possession of a valid certificate of good conduct (not exceeding one year old) or ready to apply for the same
• Physically and medically fit
• With good eyesight and sense of hearing
• Proficiency in English & and Kiswahili both oral and written, besides, good interpersonal skills
• If one has worked elsewhere, then he/she must have a clean work history and provide proof through a letter from the most recent employer
• Post-secondary training will be an added advantage
• Possession of a smart phone and the ability to use it effectively will be an added advantage
DOCUMENTS NEEDED
(ORIGINALS & PHOTOCOPIES)
• School Leaving Certificates, Post Secondary Certificates & Examination Certificates and Valid Kenyan National ID
• Other Testimonials if applicable
NOTE:
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo a 3-week security officer’s training.
• Additionally, candidates will be required to arrange for their accommodation and upkeep during the training.
• Further briefings shall be done to successful candidates after the exercise
RECRUITMENT IS FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY 7: 00 AM - 4: 00 PM
- At BM Headquarters Nairobi (situated along Jamhuri Road, off Ngong Road, on the way to the Nairobi International Show Ground)
- Recruitment will also be at BM Offices in Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru and Nyeri
- Training will be done in Nairobi, Kisumu,Eldoret, Nakuru, Nyeri and Mombasa.
