ROLE 

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the user experiences of our client’s digital products. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. Your work will directly impact how users interact with digital products, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand customer needs and business objectives. Translate these insights into innovative design solutions that align with business goals and enhance the user experience. Actively participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative environment where design ideas are openly discussed, refined, and improved. ⁠Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect a deep understanding of user behavior and psychology. Your work will guide users effortlessly through digital experiences, enhancing engagement and satisfaction. ⁠Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. Use insights gained from these activities to iterate and refine designs, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations. ⁠Create interactive prototypes to facilitate user testing and validate design concepts. Utilize data and user feedback to make informed design decisions, ensuring the final product meets both user and business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ROLE REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX/UI design projects across different channels and platforms. Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in design tools – Specifically Figma. Ability to create prototypes for user testing and validate design decisions through data and feedback. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
