- Data Verification: Meticulously verify customer data files and production job specifications before processing, confirming that all records, batches, and parameters are accurate and complete.
- Job Execution: Execute personalization jobs with surgical precision and high levels of confidentiality, ensuring that data is accurately written to each SIM module without errors or omissions.
- Quality Monitoring: Continuously monitor production quality throughout the personalization process, promptly identifying and flagging any processing anomalies, system warnings, or data mismatches.
- Security Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all information security and data protection requirements, including PCI DSS and local data privacy regulations, safeguarding sensitive subscriber information at all times.
- Secure Handling: Maintain secure handling of sensitive customer information, activation keys, and encryption codes, ensuring that no data is ever compromised, shared, or improperly accessed.
- Record Maintenance: Accurately record all production activities and maintain complete, detailed, and auditable documentation, including batch logs, job completion reports, and system audit trails.
- Schedule Adherence: Consistently meet assigned production schedules and delivery deadlines, balancing speed with accuracy to ensure on-time order fulfilment without compromising data integrity. Incident Reporting:
- Report system faults, production incidents, or data discrepancies promptly to the supervisor and relevant technical teams for immediate investigation and resolution.
- Audit Support: Actively support quality assurance activities and internal audit processes, providing comprehensive personalization records, data logs, and process insights as required.
- Environmental Integrity: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure production environment, ensuring that all workstations, storage media, and access controls are properly managed.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, suggesting enhancements to personalization workflows, data verification processes, and security protocols.
- Education: A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Data Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in data processing, IT operations, production personalization, or quality assurance roles. Experience with SIM card personalization, secure data encoding, or high-security printing/personalization environments is a distinct advantage.
- Data Integrity Mindset: An obsessive commitment to 100% data accuracy, with zero tolerance for errors or shortcuts.
- Impeccable Attention to Detail: You can spot mismatched data fields, formatting errors, or system alerts that others would miss.
