*Key Responsibilities*
1. Conduct skin consultations and recommend skincare routines
2. Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling
3. Meet and exceed sales targets
4. Educate customers on product use and benefits
5. Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
6. Support store operations (merchandising, cleanliness, stock handling)
*Minimum Qualifications*
1. Minimum 1 year experience in beauty/skincare retail or cosmetics sales
2. Basic knowledge of skin types and concerns
3. Strong sales and communication skills
4. Customer-focused and target-driven
Beauty/cosmetology background is an added advantage
**Salary* :30,000
