- Conduct in-depth skin assessments using visual and/or diagnostic tools.
- Identify skin types and conditions such as acne, hyperpigmentation, sensitivity, aging, and dehydration.
- Develop personalized skincare routines aligned with client goals and lifestyle.
- Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans based on assessments.
- Drive product sales through consultative selling and upselling techniques.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience from consultation through follow-up.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits and client retention.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, ingredients, and product usage.
- Stay informed on new skincare trends, technologies, and product innovations.
- Provide aftercare guidance and monitor client progress over time.
- Maintain a polished, well-groomed appearance suitable for a high-end setting.
- Uphold brand values, image, and service standards at all times.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product handling within the workspace.
- Maintain accurate client consultation records and purchase history.
- Track sales performance and client engagement metrics.
- Provide feedback on product performance and client preferences.
- Work closely with therapists, dermatologists, or retail staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support store/clinic operations, including stock awareness and merchandising.
- Participate in training sessions, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Dermatology, or a related skincare field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a skincare-related role (clinic, spa, dermatology center, or pharmacy).
- Strong understanding of different skin types, conditions, and skincare products.
- Proven ability to assess skin concerns and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance suitable for a high-end environment.
