Key Roles & Responsibilities1. System Design & Development

• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and highly efficient code based on technical specifications.

• Design structural software components, application logic, and database schemas.

• Develop or integrate APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and manage microservices architecture.

2. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Write unit tests and integration tests to validate application stability and performance.

• Identify, troubleshoot, track, and debug runtime errors, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.

• Conduct code reviews to enforce internal architectural standards and clean-coding principles.

3. System Maintenance & Evolution

• Modify and upgrade legacy applications to fix security flaws, optimize data throughput, or adapt to new runtime environments.

• Migrate monolithic infrastructure to modern cloud environment architectures where necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including software flowcharts, API schemas, and deployment guides.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Competencies

• Programming Mastery: High proficiency in core software engineering languages (e.g., Go, Kotlin, Python, Java, or C#).
