Job descriptions & requirements
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The role involves transforming meetings, discussions, and ideas into structured documents, summaries, and strategic frameworks. You will conduct research on industries, organisations, grants, and strategic opportunities, analyse information from multiple sources, and extract meaningful insights. You will also help maintain organised internal knowledge systems and support operational clarity across projects and teams.
A major part of the role includes working with AI tools to support research, documentation, and workflow development. You will help convert AI-generated conversations into actionable outputs while improving systems and processes through structured thinking and organisation. You may also support the creation of presentations, ecosystem maps, process flows, matrices, and strategic diagrams.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally enjoys organising and synthesising information, communicates clearly in writing, remains calm under complexity, and enjoys independent learning. We value mindset, thinking ability, curiosity, and reliability more than titles or corporate background. Candidates do not need deep industry experience to apply.
The ideal candidate should possess strong English writing and communication skills, excellent research and analytical ability, structured thinking, and proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Experience with ChatGPT or AI workflows, Notion, Airtable, Miro, presentation structuring, systems thinking, or process documentation would be an added advantage.
This is a junior-level opportunity suited for candidates with approximately 1–4 years of experience, including internships, startup exposure, freelance work, research experience, or strong self-driven learning backgrounds. Candidates from unconventional educational or career paths are strongly encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to international strategy, institutional ecosystems, venture development, funding environments, and AI-assisted workflows, while receiving hands-on experience in high-level systems thinking and strategic coordination.
We are interested in understanding how you think, organise, and communicate and not only what is written on your CV.
