The Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi and network systems for clients. The role requires a hands-on professional with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer service-oriented approach.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a network maintenance role.

• Basic knowledge and skills in installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi and network systems.

• Technical aptitude in Electrical and Telecommunication Infrastructure.

• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Must possess a valid driving license with practical driving experience.

• Knowledge of stringing and rollout of overhead fiber optic cables.

• Experience working at heights using pole climbers and ladders.
