Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, including videos and graphics, to support marketing, branding, and digital campaigns.
This role requires a multi-skilled creative professional who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and storytelling across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use
• Create engaging content such as reels, ads, promos, and explainer videos
• Add effects, transitions, music, subtitles, and motion graphics
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and messaging
Graphic Design
• Design marketing materials including posters, banners, social media creatives, and digital ads
• Create visually appealing content for online and offline campaigns
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs
Content Creation & Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns
• Contribute ideas for content strategy and visual storytelling
• Support product launches, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives
Branding & Quality Control
• Ensure all visual content is on-brand, high-quality, and engaging
• Stay updated on design and video trends to keep content fresh and competitive
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in video editing and graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video and graphic work
Key Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (Video Editing)
• Adobe After Effects (Motion Graphics – added advantage)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Graphic Design)
• Strong creative and storytelling skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Additional Requirements
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and branding
