Our client, an ICT company located in Nairobi is seeking to fill the positions of Sales Representative in various regions within the country. The main duty will be Lead Generation which will involve recruiting and managing the area sales for different products as presented through direct sales, product awareness, Marketing & Branding.

The Sales Lead is responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for clients.The individual is also responsible for overseeing the store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, managing staff, and driving sales.The sales lead should have strong leadership skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders

Minimum second class upper first degree in finance or equivalent.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization

Bachelor's degree: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and a medium to high level of education.
