The incumbent will develop and oversee the strategic vision of the company by managing lending operations, providing support and direction to staff in the Operations Department, developing and monitoring adherence to policies and procedures and will report to the CEO on quality and quantity of operations.

At least 2 years of experience in an established forex bureau or banks as a teller or principal officer, with the ability to recognize genuine multi-currency.
