Key Responsibilities
· Maintain precise financial records, including general ledger management and financial statement preparation.
· Process daily transactions, perform account reconciliations, and ensure timely month-end closures.
· Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
· Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring efficient processing and compliance.
· Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to optimize liquidity.
· Ensure timely tax filings (VAT, PAYE, corporate tax) and adherence to statutory regulations.
· Support budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
· Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and insights.
· Maintain and verify the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate depreciation tracking.
· Implement and enforce robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· CPA-K, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
· Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo (ERP), or similar accounting software.
· Strong understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance.
· Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Experience in financial management, inventory control, and accounts reconciliation.

Gross Salary: Accountant-50-60k
