Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and performance-driven Accountant with a strong background in Credit Management, Working Capital Optimization, and the Revenue–Receivables–Receipts (RRR) Cycle. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical accounting skills with strategic financial analysis to strengthen cash flow, enhance credit control, and drive financial efficiency across the business.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Working Capital & Credit Management
² Optimize working capital cycles through effective management of accounts receivable, payables, and inventory.
² Oversee the (RRR Cycle, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and reconciliations.
² Conduct credit and financial analysis to assess customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits.
² Prepare regular aging reports, monitor DSO/DPO/DIO, and implement recovery strategies.
² Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to reduce overdue accounts and improve cash conversion cycles.
² Strategic credit management strategies to retain top tier clients
2. Financial Accounting & Compliance
² Maintain and reconcile the general ledger; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
² Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.
² Support external and internal audits, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of queries.
² Manage accurate posting of transactions, adjustments, and accruals.
3. Management Accounting & Cost Control
² Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
² Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost containment and efficiency.
² Support pricing and margin analysis in coordination with sales and procurement teams.
² Prepare periodic management reports to support strategic decision-making.

4. Cost Accounting & Tax Management
² Track product or departmental costs, analyze overheads, and contribute to pricing strategy and profitability reviews.
² Manage tax planning, compliance, and filing
² Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
5. Governance, Risk & Internal Controls
² Review financial records for accuracy and risk exposure.
² Ensure robust financial controls, approvals, and documentation processes are in place.
² Contribute to internal audit reviews, fraud prevention, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Competencies
² Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
² Certified Credit Professional (CCP) qualification is mandatory.
² CPA-K Mandatory
² ACCA qualification or progression-an added advantage.
² 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
² Strong knowledge of working capital management, credit risk, and financial analysis.
² Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
² Sound understanding of tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
² High integrity, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving ability.
