Qualifications: Finance related Degree and minimum CPA Part 2 Final. Diploma also acceptable but CPA Level should be higher than Part 2.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day to day bookkeeping and posting all transactions to the accounting system.
- Process payments to suppliers and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Invoicing and following up on late payments and reporting bad debts.
- Proper petty cash management and approving payment vouchers.
- Attending financial meeting with the Director to assist in decision making.
- Produce accurate set of month end accounts with comparison to previous month’s accounts.
- Preparing payroll and statutory deductions such as P.A.Y.E, N.H.I.F, and N.S.S.F.
- Developing and maintaining a financial data base and have effective internal control system in the accounting system.
- Preparing profit and loss and Balance sheet for the management.
- Bank reconciliation
The Company/Garage is based along Mombasa Road, Nairobi.
