We are seeking to recruit qualified Aluminium Fabricators & Installers to join a reputable construction company in Northern Greece.

THE JOB

Work as an Aluminium Fabricator & Installer for a leading construction company in Northern Greece. The role involves fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminium components and structures for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.

Job Tasks Include:

• Fabricating aluminium frames, doors, windows, partitions, and related structures.
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and fitting aluminium components according to project specifications.
• Installing aluminium products and structures at construction sites.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation plans.
• Ensuring proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of installed aluminium systems.
• Operating fabrication tools, machinery, and installation equipment safely.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets company and project standards.
• Adhering to workplace safety regulations and construction site procedures.
• Participating in training programs on company-specific equipment and installation methods.
• Learning basic Greek language skills required for workplace communication.

Benefits

• Work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Net salary of €800 per month approximately KES 120,000.
• Any approved overtime hours worked will be compensated according to company policy and Greek labor regulations.
• Free accommodation provided near the working site.
• Accommodation consists of a furnished apartment shared with colleagues of the same nationality.
• Free public health insurance under the Greek state healthcare system.
• Initial employment contract of one year.
• Upon contract completion, employees may renew with the same employer or secure employment with another employer in Greece.
• No limit on future contracts, allowing employees to live and work in Greece on a long-term basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications:

• Male candidates aged between 25 and 40 years.
• At least 3 years of professional experience specifically as an Aluminium Fabricator and Installer.
• Ability to provide videos demonstrating aluminium fabrication and installation skills.
• Experience working with aluminium doors, windows, frames, facades, partitions, or similar products.
• Willingness to undergo additional training on company-specific equipment and procedures.
• Willingness to learn the Greek language.
