Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 1–3 years of experience in a consultancy environment to join our team. The successful candidate will support the cost management and quantity surveying functions across various stages of construction projects, from feasibility to final account.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.
• Support in the measurement and valuation of works in accordance with standard methods of measurement.
• Help manage project budgets, monitor costs, and provide cost reporting.
• Assist in tender evaluations and contractor appointment processes.
• Prepare interim payment valuations and final accounts.
• Attend site visits and assist in preparing progress reports.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support in the change management process, including cost impacts of variations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Familiarity with relevant standard forms of contract (e.g., JBC, FIDIC, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost management software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
