We are seeking an Auditor – QMS to assist in conducting ISO 9001 audits and support our lead auditors in delivering high-quality certification services.

Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct QMS audits (primarily ISO 9001:2015) as part of an audit team, following ISO 19011 auditing guidelines and under the supervision of a Lead Auditor.
- Support Lead Auditors in all phases of the audit, including planning (gathering client information, reviewing documentation), on-site execution, and post-audit reporting.
- Assess client organizations’ quality management systems against ISO 9001 requirements and related standards or customer-specific requirements, verifying effective implementation of processes.
- Document objective evidence and audit findings clearly, preparing well-written audit records and sections of the audit report as assigned by the Lead Auditor.
- Ensure that all audit activities are carried out with impartiality, confidentiality, and professionalism. Uphold the integrity of the audit process, and abide by Certification Body rules and regulations throughout each engagement.
- Continuously develop your auditing skills by learning from lead auditors, seeking feedback, and staying updated on quality management principles and any changes to ISO standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. (Candidates with equivalent experience in quality assurance will also be considered.)
- Certification & Training: Completion of an ISO 9001 Auditor training course (based on ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 guidelines). Any additional training in management systems or continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) is beneficial.
- Work Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience in quality management, process improvement, or a similar field, with some direct exposure to internal or external QMS audits. Experience working in or with different industry sectors (e.g., manufacturing, services) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, including the principles of risk-based thinking, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Understanding of how organizations comply with legal and regulatory obligations as part of their quality management is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic Certification Body procedures and accreditation requirements, or a willingness to learn (so that audits are conducted in line with ISO/IEC 17021-1 rules).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail – capable of evaluating processes, identifying gaps, and verifying evidence against criteria.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to clearly document findings and also communicate observations to audit team members and clients in a constructive manner.
