Field Collection Agents
Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and professional Field Collection Agents to join our Operations–Collections team. In this role, you’ll engage clients directly in the field, facilitate successful repayment arrangements, and support efficient debt recovery processes.
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts to negotiate repayment plans
2. Issue notices, follow up on agreed arrangements, and escalate cases where necessary
3. Gather and verify customer information during field engagements
4. Prepare and submit accurate daily field reports
5. Handle customer objections professionally and maintain strong client relationships
6. Ensure all field activities comply with company policies and data protection standards
7. Collaborate with the call centre and operations teams for smooth case handovers
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in meeting customers face-to-face
• Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effectively
• High integrity, professionalism, and resilience in challenging situations
• Basic understanding of collections or credit operations is an added advantage
• Minimum qualification: Diploma in any business-related field
