Beverage Production Worker
Job summary
The Machine Operator / Production Worker will be responsible for operating juice processing and bottling equipment, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring consistent product quality during production runs. This role requires hands-on factory experience, discipline, and strict adherence to food safety protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Machine Operation & Production Execution
- Operate juice processing, mixing, filling, and bottling equipment
- Monitor machine performance during production runs
- Conduct pre-start and post-shutdown checks
- Ensure accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients
2. Hygiene & Food Safety Compliance
- Strictly follow GMP and hygiene protocols
- Wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Immediately report any contamination risks or non-compliance
3. Quality Control Support
- Work closely with QA Officer during in-process checks
- Ensure correct batch coding and labeling
- Prevent cross-contamination between batches
4. Wastage & Efficiency Control
- Minimize raw material and packaging wastage
- Identify and report causes of downtime
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Record daily production output
- Report machine faults immediately
- Maintain accurate production logs
- MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✔ Certificate or Diploma in Food Processing or related field
✔ Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in beverage, dairy, or food manufacturing
✔ Hands-on experience operating processing or bottling machinery
✔ Understanding of GMP and hygiene standards
✔ Physically fit and able to work shifts
