Our client, a reputable engineering and geotechnical company in Greece specializing in professional borehole drilling and water extraction systems, is seeking motivated and experienced Certified Borehole Drillers and Borehole Driller Assistants to join their expanding teams at various drilling sites across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Certified Borehole Drillers
- Operate and manage large professional borehole drilling machinery and associated technical equipment.
- Conduct drilling operations in compliance with geotechnical standards and safety procedures.
- Supervise assistants during drilling tasks.
- Perform basic maintenance on drilling rigs and tools.
- Record drilling data, depths, soil conditions, and equipment usage.
Borehole Driller Assistants
- Support the drilling operator in day‑to‑day drilling activities.
- Handle tools, pipes, rods, and drilling materials.
- Assist with machine setup and site preparation.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions on site.
Job Requirements
General Requirements (All Applicants)
- Men aged 22–40 years.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in outdoor construction environments.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in borehole drilling operations.
- Valid passport and clean criminal record.
Certified Borehole Drillers
- Technical knowledge and proven experience operating professional drilling machinery.
- Must hold a degree or diploma in drilling machine operation or a related field.
Assistants
- Experience supporting drilling operations in the field.
Benefits

Borehole Drillers:
€7.5 net per hour
Estimated monthly net salary: €1,440 – €1,560,
equivalent to 218,000 – 236,000 KES per month. - Assistants:
€5.5 net per hour
Estimated monthly net salary: €1,056 – €1,144,
equivalent to 160,000 – 173,000 KES per month.
