We are seeking to recruit a Civil Engineer Supervisor for Metal Stud Framer Technicians (Drywall Systems) to join a leading manufacturing company on Crete Island, Greece.

THE JOB

Work as a Supervisor and Instructor of Metal Stud Framer Technicians for Drywall Systems at a large factory on Crete Island, Greece.

Job Tasks Include:

• Supervising Metal Stud Framer Technicians engaged in drywall system installations and related production activities.
• Providing technical guidance and on-the-job training to technicians to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Coordinating and overseeing projects involving metal construction materials and drywall systems.
• Evaluating work performance and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assisting management in planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities.
• Ensuring efficient utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Preparing progress reports and maintaining project documentation.
• Participating in training programs on company-specific equipment, procedures, and Greek language learning.

Benefits

• Work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Net monthly salary of €1,100 approximately KES 165,000
• Overtime hours are paid separately according to Greek labor regulations.
• Opportunity to renew the contract with the same employer or secure employment with another employer in Greece after contract completion.
• No time limit on future contracts, allowing long-term residence and employment opportunities in Greece.
• Free accommodation provided near the worksite.

• Initial employment contract of one (1) year.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications:

• Male candidates aged 25 to 40 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with strong academic performance.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Civil Engineer in projects involving metal construction materials.
• Proven experience supported by recommendation letters and project descriptions.
• Strong supervisory and training skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to undergo training on company-specific equipment and operational procedures.
• Willingness to learn the Greek language.
