The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, engineering, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering works for real estate developments.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines while resolving technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare project reports and provide technical recommendations to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years' experience as a Civil Engineer in Real Estate or Property Development.
- Must be a registered member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK) and the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction regulations, and project management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
