We are seeking to recruit at least three (3) CNC Machine Programmers and Operators to join a leading furniture manufacturing company located in the industrial area of West Athens, Greece.

THE JOB

Work as a CNC Machine Programmer and Operator in a large furniture factory in the industrial area of West Athens, Greece.

Job Tasks Include:

• Programming CNC machines according to production specifications and technical drawings.
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Performing machine adjustments to maintain quality standards and production targets.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and manufacturing plans.
• Conducting routine machine inspections and basic maintenance activities.
• Troubleshooting machining and programming issues when they arise.
• Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Collaborating with supervisors and production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Participating in training programs on company-specific equipment, procedures, and Greek language learning.

Benefits

• Work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Net monthly salary of €1,000 approximately KES 150,000
• Overtime hours are paid separately according to Greek labor regulations.
• Opportunity to renew the contract with the same employer or secure employment with another employer in Greece after contract completion.
• No time limit on future contracts, allowing long-term residence and employment opportunities in Greece.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications:

• Male candidates aged 28 to 45 years.
• Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a CNC Machine Programmer and Operator.
• Experience with CNC machines in the wood and furniture manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Willingness to undergo training on company-specific equipment and operational procedures.
• Willingness to learn the Greek language.
