Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall operations and management of real estate brokerage firm in Kenya, formulate and implement regional market expansion strategies.
  • Deeply integrate and effectively utilize local brokerage resources; establish and operate an information platform website for brokerage firms; maintain long-term partnerships with peer agencies, business teams, developers, and property projects.
  • Accurately grasp local real estate market trends; develop sales strategies and channel cooperation plans tailored to regional characteristics; recruit, build, and manage professional teams while cultivating high-quality professionals to establish a high- efficiency real estate brokerage team.
  • Optimize localized business processes and innovate collaboration models to increase market share.
  • Maintain key client relationships and handle major business negotiations and critical resource coordination.
  • Core Value: Become a strategic regional partner and participate in setting municipal-level real estate service standards.
  • Leverage headquarters resources to establish a benchmark localized real estate service platform.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of managerial experience in real estate brokerage, including at least 3 years as a local brokerage firm manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate sales, leasing, land transaction markets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of local market uniqueness (e.g., secondary housing transaction processes, new property distribution rules, school district property operations) and mastery of three core regional resources:

                     Peer alliances: Established cooperative relationships with brokerage firms in the same industry

                     Channel networks: Direct partnerships with developers and active property projects.

                     Team foundation: Stable sales teams and a talent pool of high-caliber professionals.

  • Proven resource integration capabilities to rapidly establish upstream/downstream partnerships.
  • Exceptional market insight to develop differentiated competitive strategies for regional markets.
  • Strong government/enterprise relationship management and industry networking skills.
  • Familiarity with local dialects/business culture; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
