The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools, along with expertise in handling large datasets and presenting insights in a clear, actionable

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
Translate raw data into intuitive, visually compelling, and easy-to-understand insights.
Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
Work with SQL and data models to prepare datasets for reporting.
Apply principles of data storytelling to communicate insights effectively.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across reports and visualizations.
Stay updated with latest trends in BI tools, visualization techniques, and analytics best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of proven experience in data visualization / BI reporting.
Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
Experience in data modeling, DAX, and ETL basics.
Strong sense of design, UI/UX principles, and storytelling with data.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into dashboards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their BI/analytics tools.
Experience with Python / R visualization libraries (matplotlib, seaborn, Plotly).
Knowledge of business domains such as finance, retail, or healthcare.
Relevant certification in Power BI, Tableau, or Data Analytics.
