Job summary
1. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified individual to fill the position of Debt Collector within our field operations unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing field-based debt recovery assignments in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable legal guidelines.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Applicants must be between the ages of 22 and 35 years. This age bracket is considered optimal for the physical and psychological demands associated with fieldwork in debt collection.
3. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
A minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience in field work is required. Such experience may have been gained in debt collection, door-to-door sales, market research, product promotions, or any other role that involved regular off-site client or customer engagement.
4. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
All applicants must satisfy the following academic qualifications:
- A minimum grade of C- (C minus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination.
- A Diploma certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution. While a diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related disciplines is advantageous, diplomas in other fields will also be considered.
