Job Summary:
The role is based at our food processing plant and is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), particularly in the dairy industry. The Food Technologist will play a key role in ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Education: Diploma in Food Science or Dairy Technology
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the dairy sector
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and optimize food production processes
• Ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Conduct testing on raw materials and finished goods
• Develop and improve food formulations
• Implement and maintain hygiene and food safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
