Job summary
The Surveillance Team is responsible for monitoring all gaming and non-gaming areas of the poker club to ensure fair play, security, and compliance with internal policies and regulations. The team works closely with management, floor staff, and security to identify suspicious activity, protect club assets, and maintain a safe and trustworthy enviro
Job descriptions & requirements
•Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage covering gaming areas, cash handling areas, entrances, and other sensitive locations
•Detect and report any suspicious behavior, cheating, collusion, theft, or policy violations
•Document incidents clearly and accurately, including timestamps, observations, and supporting footage
•Coordinate with floor managers, security, and management when immediate action is required
•Assist in investigations related to player disputes, staff misconduct, or security incidents
•Maintain confidentiality of surveillance operations and sensitive information
•Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues promptly
•Follow all internal procedures, gaming regulations, and compliance standards
REQUIREMENTS
•Prior experience in surveillance, security, gaming operations, or a related field (preferred) • Strong attention to detail and ability to observe subtle behaviors and patterns
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to remain calm, objective, and focused during long monitoring periods
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate surveillance systems
• Knowledge of poker rules and common cheating methods (preferred or trainable)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Clear communication skills for reporting and coordination
