Required competencies
a) Practical Experience with litigation and conveyancing matters.
b) Ability to navigate portals with restrictions as per guidance of firm.
c) Service of pleadings by electronic means.
d) Preparation of basic pleadings.
e) Ability to successfully file and retrieve documents from Ministry of Lands and Judiciary within accepted firm timelines.
f) Ability to navigate ardhi sasa and CTS portals/e citizen for related transactions.
g) Good communication skills.
h) Good computer skills.
i) Ability to prepare simple legal pleadings and affidavit of service for dispatch and service.
j) Ability to learn on the job.
k) Administrative skills and tasks eg managing the opening of files/closure of files and file movement in the office.
l) Process server certificate.
m) Ability to prepare simple letters for dispatch.
n) Admin tasks: managing incomings and filiing away documents.
o) Maintaining our register and archives.
