Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating company compliance policies and procedures.
- Support risk assessment activities by identifying and analyzing operational risks.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation and records.
- Help prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal management.
- Support the delivery of compliance training to staff and ensure clear communication of regulatory changes.
- Assist in managing compliance-related software and tools.
- Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related queries from staff and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and suggest improvements to compliance processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance compliance understanding across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Strong interest in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
