Job Description/Requirements
For a Junior Lawyer role, you would:
- Draft and review legal documents ( like contracts, company policies, and corporate records) for companies in the USA, EU and beyond.
- Advise clients on civil, digital, corporate, contract, administrative, and labor law.
- Manage legal risks in business processes and new projects.
- Handle documents for rights transfer, licensing, and Intellectual property registration.
- Support company registration, reorganisation, liquidation, and charter amendment.
- Liaise with authorities and draft applications, requests, and complaints.
- Track legal changes and update the team on key developments.
Note: Experience or knowledge of USA, EU, and Latin American jurisdictions will be considered an advantage.
