Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate motor grader efficiently to achieve required formation and slope levels.
- Carry out daily machine checks and routine maintenance.
- Report any mechanical faults or breakdowns to the site supervisor immediately.
- Coordinate with site engineers and surveyors to ensure proper levels and alignments.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid plant operator license/certification for motor grader operation.
- Minimum of 5 years experience operating a grader on road construction projects.
- Experience in formation and final grading for roads being upgraded to bitumen standards.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
