We are seeking a highly experienced Health & Safety Manager to ensure the highest standards of safety across all our construction and infrastructure projects.


Role Overview

The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture across all sites.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Identify hazards and implement preventive measures
  • Lead incident investigations and reporting
  • Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site teams
  • Monitor safety performance and prepare reports
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
  • Work closely with project managers and site teams to maintain safe operations
  • Promote a strong safety-first culture across all projects


Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and standards
  • Certification in NEBOSH or equivalent (highly desirable)
  • Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Strong communication and training skills
