Key Responsibilities
- Perform industrial welding works as per required standards and specifications.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding tools and equipment.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and precision in all welding activities.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety procedures and regulations.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial welding.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of industrial safety procedures and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
Preferred Skills
- Technical competence in operating welding machinery and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is an added advantage.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
