Job Description/Requirements

A prominent medical specialist clinic in Nairobi seeks a well-spoken and proactive individual to serve as a Customer Care Executive.

Essential (minimum) qualifications include:


°   At least five years of experience in a customer care executive role, preferably with some background in a healthcare setting.

°   A diploma in Customer Care or Public Relations from an accredited institution; a degree is preferable but not mandatory.

°   Exceptional communication abilities.

°   Proficiency in managing social media platforms.



Responsibilities:


°   Manage all communications with clients and business partners.

°   Schedule and manage clinic appointments.

°   Arrange the doctor's hospital schedules.

°   Secure bookings and coordinate hospital procedures.

°   Handle insurance pre-authorizations for patients.

°   Compile clinic reports.

°   Oversee and promote the clinic's social media presence.

°   Perform additional tasks as required.
