The ideal candidate should be driven and goal-oriented.
Job Requirements
- Strong corporate/commercial law skills
- Sound understanding of contract drafting, compliance, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, and Company incorporation services
- Accurate knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for incorporated entities and Non-governmental organizations
- Experienced civil litigator
- Skilled in arbitration and other alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms
- Strong secretarial skills such as typing skills, note-taking skills, letter writing, minute writing, etc.
- Self-Motivated and ability to work independently
- Effective Listening and Interpersonal Skills
- Good leadership skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
Minimum Qualifications
- A legal practitioner with a Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Additional Qualifications and Certifications will be advantageous
