Position: Maintenance Manager / Supervisor

Qualification & Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• At least 5+ years’ experience in Buildings and Construction industry

• Well conversant with the Permits, licenses and regulations related to the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety regulations are followed on site at all times.

• Assist in running an efficient maintenance operation which is able to fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set targets.

• Manage maintenance projects.

• Understand and work in accordance with the company’s quality Requirements.

• Oversee the team’s performance, attendance and disciplinary issues.

• Control and source maintenance tools, equipment and spares.

• Write reports and present progress at project meetings.

• Work with the team and other department members to produce effective maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.

• Advising clients.

• Making sure the sites are secure.

• Managing work teams, materials and equipment.

• Inspecting the quality of work done by employed workers and subcontractors.

• Keeping accurate financial records.

• Applying for building permits and licenses.

• Monitoring schedules.

Salary: Negotiable based on the Qualification and Experience of the Candidate with an indicative range of Gross kshs. 100,000 to 130,000 per month.
