Job descriptions & requirements
Assemble and install scaffolding according to design specifications.
Inspect scaffolding components before use.
Modify existing scaffolds to meet changing project requirements.
Dismantle scaffolding safely after project completion.
Ensure scaffolds are stable, secure, and safe for workers.
Install guardrails, toe boards, ladders, and safety netting.
Follow workplace health and safety regulations.
Read and interpret scaffold plans and drawings.
Conduct routine safety inspections and report defects.
Handle and transport scaffold materials and equipment.
Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and construction teams.
