MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting: Create and manage departmental budgets; forecast future financial performance based on market trends and company strategies.

Cost Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, identify cost drivers, and recommend areas for cost reduction.

Performance Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports highlighting KPIs and trends for management review.

Financial Modeling: Develop models to assess potential business scenarios (e.g., product launches, expansion plans).

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights that support decision-making.

Internal Controls: Ensure integrity of financial data by implementing and monitoring internal controls.

Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Business-related field from a recognized university.

Professional certification: CPA (K), ACCA, or CIMA.

Member of ICPAK.

3–4 years’ experience in a similar role (Advertising industry experience is an added advantage).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Proficiency in SAP and data analysis tools.

Proven track record in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.

Outstanding business acumen, attention to detail, and integrity in financial reporting.
