Job Description/Requirements
A Senior Aquarist oversees and manages the care of aquatic collections, ensuring the health, well-being, and proper care of marine and freshwater species. They are responsible for supervising staff, mentoring trainees, and making key decisions related to animal husbandry and operations. This role also involves maintaining and improving exhibits, participating in collections and releases, and potentially assisting with public education and interpretation programs.
Degree/ Diploma in Marine Biology
previous work experience in aquarium industry
excellent communicating skills
proficient in Ms office programs
