An MFI which provides structured finance is seeking to recruit experienced, results oriented

and professionals of impeccable character to fill the above position. The position entails sales and marketing with a Conditional retainer of 30k. The company will provide supporting tools to enable good results. The retainer will be revised immediately upon prove of ability to attain targets. Confirmation of employment with different terms will only be after excellent performance during probation.

The position requires a mature person, with strong ability to close business deals and has the drive to grow business and build capacity.

Qualification and competencies:

*      Strong marketing, communication and presentation skills. 

*      Solution provider oriented

*      Good planing and ability to patiently and persistently follow up on clients.

*      Vibrant, humor, brilliant and groomed individuals to pursue and sustain clients relationships 

*      Be a holder of at least a Diploma in marketing / Business administration or any other Business  related field

*      Ability to learn very fast and multitask.

*      At least 3 years experience in sales and marketing or related field. Experience in telemarketing will be an added advantage

*      Should be at least 28 years and above.
