Job Advert-Medical Sales Representative
The Medical Representative (Internal), will provide technical, clinical, educational and sales support to ensure product uptake and growth of our business, working closely with internal and external customers to drive therapy adoption and procedural success This is an entry level client facing role that collaborates with prescribers, procurement & management to understand the client’s clinical strategy and roadmap in order to synchronize drug formularies and utilization management requirements.
Summary;
1. Demonstrated understanding of clinical portfolio, Universal healthcare coverage, the medical insurance marketplace and industry trends
2. Ability to “tell a story” through the creation of compelling client presentations & PPTs
3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives, including analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the key opportunities in the territory.
4. Establish understanding of the customer’s corporate dynamic, key issues and concerns, including challenges and opportunities that can increase business revenue.
5. Collaborate in the development of internal and external training and education programs for various assigned disease treatment therapies for customers.
6. Responsible for the development, launch and continued improvement of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Platform for respective business unit(s)
7. Develops business unit specific plans/roadmaps, utilizing inputs from various sources (vendor metrics/KPIs, Field Surveys, and business unit contacts).
8. Ability to analyze large volume of clinical data and organize this data for upstream and downstream teams
9. Serve as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for issues and questions relating to CRM and Clinical Products. Uses deep knowledge and expertise of the respective systems to be able to effectively answer questions, provide support, and ensure quality and adoption.
10.Responsible for customer success journeys and product lifecycle management
Qualifications:
o Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field)-Mandatory
o Software (MS Office, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint), Social Media, Email-Working knowledge Mandatory
o Master Degree in Business-Desirable
