Job Summary We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Motor Rewinder with strictly 5+ years of hands-on experience in motor rewinding. The successful candidate will be responsible for rewinding, repairing, and maintaining electric motors to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

🔧 Rewind AC/DC motors, transformers, and coils.
🛠️ Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on electrical motors.
⚡ Ensure proper insulation, winding, and testing of motors.
📊 Maintain accurate records of repairs and rewinding activities.
🧰 Adhere to safety standards and best practices in motor maintenance.
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience strictly as a motor rewinder.
🎓 Diploma and above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
🔌 Strong technical knowledge of motor winding, insulation, and testing.
🤝 Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship.
🔒 Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
📍 Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mombasa.
