2. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Ability to manage a customer account on his own.
- The Candidate should have been in a customer facing role with excellent communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills with focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution.
- Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends or holidays as required.

Certifications
- VMware Certified Professional preferred
- EMC preferred.
- Dell EMC Unity, Dell EMC Powerstore, PowerMax/VMAX certifications.
- Data Domain Specialist.
- Backup Recovery – Avamar Specialist, IDPA, Dell PowerProtect
- CommVault, HPE and Veeam certifications are add-on and preferred.
- Public Cloud Certification and knowledge on AWS, Google, Azure, Oracle Cloud will be added on.
- Experience on Openshift, Vmware Tanzu, Kubernetes, Docker, Containers etc will be added on.
4. QUALIFICATIONS /KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
- Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and related IT fields.
Minimum Experience (Years) 5 Years.
- Up to 5 Years of good exposure and mixed working experience on Virtualization.
- Up to 5Years of good exposure and mixed working experience on Storage (IBM, Dell EMC, NetApp, Huawei- any.
- Up to 5Years of good exposure and mixed working experience on Compute (Lenovo/IBM /HP/Dell Servers etc. - any).
- Up to 5 Years of working on Linux/AIX/Redhat one of the Operating system experiences.
- This experience should include the planning, deployment, configuration and administration of heterogeneous virtual environment.
- Should have basic understanding on Network and should be able to liaise with Network and Security team to get the task done.
Add-on and preferred
- Having Hyper V/Redhat/Openshift one of the
Virtualization Platform experience.
- Having AWS/Azure/OCI/GCP/Huawei public cloud one of the Cloud Platform experience.
- Having Backup domains (Veritas Netbackup, CommVault, Networker, Veeam etc. -any) experience.
