We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to manage project schedules, timelines, and ensure efficient project delivery.
Role Overview
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to track progress and identify delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules and work plans
- Monitor project progress against timelines
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare progress reports and schedule updates
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Conduct critical path analysis and resource planning
- Support project planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure alignment between planning and site execution
- Maintain accurate planning records and documentation
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project planning (construction/infrastructure preferred)
- Strong experience with planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera (P6)
- Good understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
