Background Information

Career Options Africa Group is a HR Consultancy firm specialized in Recruitment, HR Outsourcing and Immigration Support in Africa, with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa, and South Sudan. We are seeking to recruit qualified Plumbers to join a large construction company undertaking major construction projects across Greece.

THE JOB

Work as a Plumber for a leading construction company, handling plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair projects at construction sites throughout Greece. Employees may be assigned to different project locations depending on the company’s operational requirements.

Job Tasks Include:

• Installation of water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems in construction projects.
• Reading and interpreting plumbing drawings and technical plans.
• Installation, testing, and maintenance of pipes, fittings, fixtures, and plumbing equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults and leakages.
• Conducting pressure tests and ensuring proper functioning of plumbing systems.
• Ensuring compliance with site safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Working closely with supervisors and other construction professionals to meet project deadlines.
• Participating in training on company-specific equipment, materials, and procedures.
• Learning basic Greek language skills required for workplace communication.

Benefits

• Work 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Net pay of €45 per working day, including 8 hours of work.
• Employees work approximately 24 to 26 days per month, resulting in monthly earnings of approximately €1,080 to €1,170 net approximately KES 162,000.
• Free accommodation provided near the work site.
• Accommodation consists of a furnished apartment shared with colleagues of the same nationality.
• Free public health insurance under the Greek state healthcare system.
• Initial employment contract of one year.
• Upon contract completion, employees may renew with the same employer or secure employment with another employer in Greece.
• No limit on future contracts, allowing employees to live and work in Greece on a long-term basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications:

• Male candidates aged between 25 and 40 years.
• At least 3 years of professional experience specifically as a plumber on construction sites.
• Ability to provide video evidence demonstrating plumbing work and manual skills.
• Plumber Training Certificate or relevant vocational qualification.
• Financially prepared to meet the required processing and relocation costs.
• Willingness to undergo additional training and learn the Greek language.
